Meet Rino – A Seasoned Entrepreneur in the Automotive Industry
Rino’s journey with Rapid Tune began in 2013, and today, he proudly celebrates over a decade with the company. Starting as a Store Sales Manager at Rapid Tune Ferntree Gully, Rino’s passion for the industry and keen business acumen quickly set him on the path to ownership. In 2015, he took the leap and acquired his first Rapid Tune business in Mornington, Victoria.
An expert in strategic acquisitions and business growth, Rino expanded his portfolio in 2018, purchasing Rapid Tune Langwarrin while successfully selling Rapid Tune Mornington in the same year. Over the following years, he dedicated himself to refining Rapid Tune Langwarrin, transforming it into one of the network’s top-performing locations.
Rino’s ambition saw him become a multi-store owner in 2021 with the purchase of Rapid Tune Hoppers Crossing. His momentum continued into 2023, a pivotal year in which he acquired the greenfield site, Rapid Tune Frankston, while strategically selling Rapid Tune Hoppers Crossing.
In 2025, Rino further evolved his business portfolio, selling Rapid Tune Frankston and acquiring Rapid Tune Derrimut, reinforcing his reputation as a savvy entrepreneur and a leader in the automotive industry.
With a deep understanding of business operations and a proven track record of success, Rino continues to drive Rapid Tune forward, ensuring excellence in customer service, operations, and team leadership.
